一篇刊登在星洲雪隆社区报上以“检讨不负责任文化”为题的短评中提及“。。。如塞车，缺乏停车位，建筑废料及发展引发的环境破坏和卫生问题等等，民众都默默地在承担这些苦楚，而在这样的时候，州议员或县市议员等都会”现身“说法，也会以各种千奇百怪的理由，一再而，再而三的劝请民众耐心等候。。。但结果呢，还是令人失望。。。”
“。。。在新闻见报后，在如复一日的等待耗尽耐心及期待后，有时会让人忍不住破口大骂道”人民的时间难道不是时间吗？往往人民发泄后，还是得默默的承担所有的不便，非常悲哀。。。“
